Thank you for placing an order with us. By doing so you are deemed to accept the Terms and Conditions listed below so please read them through carefully to certify your agreement, understanding and acceptance.

Products

The current products available are displayed on the website and online store. We are constantly working on widening the selection and we are open for new ideas of other exciting products.

Please note that the potential health benefits mentioned on the website do not replace medical advice. We confirm our products are clean and pure, manufactured and packed in certified facilities, without getting in cross contamination with products containing traces of nuts, milk or gluten. However, in case of history of an allergic reaction to a similar product please seek advice from your doctor or a health adviser before eating the berry powders.

Order Process

We aim to process your order as soon as possible and at least within 48 hours of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation of your order to the email address provided on the order form. You will be contacted personally in case of any restrictions apply.

Prices

The prices shown at the website are kept up to date and apply unless a promotion is taking place. Promotions will be notified clearly, and they apply immediately after being advertised. All our prices are in UK pounds. In case of ordering outside the UK the currency changes may make a difference on the amount charged on your credit card.

Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal as a method of payment. Online orders require the balance to be paid in full before the products are being sent.

Delivery

The delivery charge on orders in the UK is £3.40. Orders to Europe have a delivery charge of £5.50. International delivery charge is £7. Tracked deliveries are also available, as well free shipping when your order goes over a certain value. In the UK this is £20 and on European and international orders it is £58. These fees do not apply to wholesale.

As noted above, the orders will be processed in two working days of purchase. Please make sure the delivery address given on the order is correct and accurate as we do not have a control on deliveries lost because of an incorrect address.

If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 21 days after the shipping date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.

After receiving the products it will become your own responsibility to store them safely, in a dry place to ensure the longest possible shelf life and freshness. After you have received the order we will no longer be responsible of any loss or damage.

We look after the best possible quality in our products and make sure they leave our premises in well presented condition. If, for some reason, any failure appears during the delivery process, please contact us. Please note that we cannot take any responsibility on delays caused by unexpected weather conditions, strikes, network system failures or accidents.

Cancellations

Because this is a food product, for reasons of hygiene and food safety, we’re unable to accept returns. All sales are final.

Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
We do not deliver to your area

If we do cancel your order, we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 5 days of your order.

Copyright Notice

We reserve the right to keep the company’s logo, the text related to our services and all other professional content on the website in the possession of ourselves. Any material on this website should not be copied or shared without a written consent.

We love to hear from you and see what you have created with our berry powders so please tag us @arcticberries on Instagram. However, you then give us the right to use the image for our marketing and promotion purposes and in our social media. We would still always mention you in return, and never claim the images to be our own!

Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and personal information and are committed to protect any data you have shared with us. Any personal information such as email address, records of payment method or delivery address are kept safe and will not be released to any company outside Arctic Power Berries for their marketing purposes. However, we would like to use the information you share with us to keep you up to date with our new range of products and services we offer. This includes promotions, offers, product launches and collection of customer feedback for research purposes to improve our service. We may contact you by email. We still respect your choice in case you do not want to be contacted by us and you can cancel your contract any time by emailing info@arcticpowerberries.com.
