Wild Blueberry – Vanilla Chia pudding
Vegan, vegetarian & gluten free
(*1dl is about 0.4 cup)
2 tsp Arctic Power Berries – Wild blueberry powder
*1dl (unsweetened plain) soy yogurt
*1dl plantbased milk (oat)
2tbsp chia seeds
1/2-1 tsp vanilla aroma or Bourbon vanilla powder
2 tsp agave syrup
Method:
Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate overnight or at least 15-30min. Serve with plantbased yogurt and top with your favorite toppings e.g. cacao nibs, coconut flakes, more berry powder, peanut butter and fruits. If you like to have fun sprinkle some edible (dried) flowers or sprinkles on your chia pudding bowl. Enjoy!
