Wild Blueberry granola


Cook time: 25 minutes
Servins: One large jar


2 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp agave syrup
2 heaped tsp Arctic Berries Blueberry powder
Handful chopped cashews
2 1/2 cups rolled oats
Dash vanilla extract

Serve on natural yogurt stirred with one to two teaspoons of berry powder or Wild Blueberry Chiapudding


Preheat the oven to 180c and line a tray with baking paper. In a saucepan, gently melt the coconut oil and agave syrup, then stir through the berry powder and vanilla extract. Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and toss everything together. Pour this onto the tray and bake in the oven for 15 minutes, tossing half way through to prevent burning.

Store in an airtight jar or container and serve with some plant based milk or yogurt.
