3 tablespoons of chiaseeds
2 teaspoons of wild blueberry powder
1 1/2 – 2 cup of mylk (oat, soy or almond)
1/2 tsps of himalayan sea salt
Sprinkle of cinnamon and cardamom
Mix all the ingredients, let the mix to set for at least half an hour or over night. When set, add toppings such as more berry powder, banana and a scoop of nut butter. Enjoy!
