1 cup soy yoghurt
1/4 cup mashed strawberries
2 tsp wheatgrass powder
1-2 tsp lingonberry or cranberry powder
1 ripe, spotty banana
1 pinch vanilla powder
Extras: kiwi, puffed buckwheat and blackstrap molasses
1. Blend the soy yoghurt with the banana and vanilla powder until smooth and pour into three different bowls.
2. Add wheatgrass powder to one bowl, mashed strawberries to another and lingonberry (or cranberry powder) to the last one and mix well.
3. Layer the smoothie in a jar, top with the puffed buckwheat and drizzle with a spoonful of blackstrap molasses. Serve immediately!
