Strawberry and Almond Swirl Yogurt Bowl
Serves 1
Ingredients:
150g coconut yogurt
1-2 tsps Strawberry Powder
2 tbsp granola
1 tbsp almonds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp almond butter
Extra: sliced fruit
Method:
- Stir the strawberry powder into the coconut yogurt, leaving swirls or combine fully for an even pink colour.
- Pour the yogurt into a bowl, top with the granola, almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds almond butter and any extra toppings.
