Wild Blueberry is delicious to add to any unsweetened, natural yogurt. You can sweeten the yogurt with honey or maple syrup if you wish.

Ingredients

  • 500g plain unsweetened greek or natural yogurt
  • 2 - 3 tsp Arctic Power Berries Blueberry powder
  • 2 tsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 2 heaped tsp milled flaxseed or chia (optional)
  • Blueberries, Kiwi, Granola, Pumpkin Seeds, for topping

Directions

Whisk together the Blueberry powder and flax or chia with the yogurt in a large bowl using a small whisk. You can also use a hand blender if you want to incorporate it even more quickly.

Add maple syrup if you like your yogurt a little sweeter.

Divide the mixture between two bowls. Top with granola, chopped kiwi, some blueberries and extra pumpkin seeds.
