Wild blueberry chia pudding

Ingredients
- 100 ml thick plant-based milk such as oat milk for coffee or coconut milk
- 1/2 tbsp sweetener of choice such as maple syrup
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp Arctic Power Berries berry powder (any flavour will work!) You can make different coloured & flavoured layers too: try Lingonberry for pink and Wild Blueberry for purple.
- 1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder
Directions
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly and let thicken for about 10-30 minutes.
- Enjoy this chia pudding with toppings of choice or add it to smoothies, porridge, overnight oats or a simple yogurt bowl.
