You can enjoy this chia pudding with toppings of choice or add it to smoothies, porridge, overnight oats or a simple yogurt bowl. Any berry powder works for this, and you can make different coloured & flavoured layers too: Try Lingonberry for pink and Wild Blueberry for purple.

Ingredients

  • 100 ml thick plant-based milk such as oat milk for coffee or coconut milk
  • 1/2 tbsp sweetener of choice such as maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp Arctic Power Berries berry powder (any flavour will work!) You can make different coloured & flavoured layers too: try Lingonberry for pink and Wild Blueberry for purple.
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and let thicken for about 10-30 minutes.
  2. Enjoy this chia pudding with toppings of choice or add it to smoothies, porridge, overnight oats or a simple yogurt bowl.
