Purple porridge with wild blueberry powder
4 servings
8 dl water or chosen milk
3 cups of oats
Sprinkle of seasalt, cinnamon and cardamom
4 tablespoons of Wild Blueberry Powder
Method:
- Heat the water and milk in a saucepan in a low heat. Add oats. Stir all the time until smooth and creamy. Add spices and let cool down a bit before adding the blueberry powder so you don’t loose any of the precious nutrients.
- Top with more berry powder, banana, nut butter and a splash of honey
