Oatmeal Bowls

Vegan, vegetarian & can be made gluten free 
0,8 cup oats
1,2 cups water
0,8 cup oatmilk
Sea salt flakes to taste
Toppings: caramelized bananas, grapes, pumpkin seeds, mulberries & Arctic Power Berry Powders (Blackcurrant / Cranberry) (the powder is fully raw and very high in nutrients and vitamins. Therefore we always recommend adding it to the porridge after heating it up, either stirring it in or sprinkled on top so you maximise the nutrient intake)
Combine oats, water, oatmilk and salt in a porridge pan. Bring to boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer for ~10 minutes.
Bananas: cut in half, sprinkle coconut sugar on both sides and cook in a pan with (vegan) butter for couple minutes on each side until slightly browned.
Top your porridge and bananas with Arctic Power berry powders + some grapes cut in half, pumpkin seeds and mulberries or with your favourite fruit and seeds.
Try also adding some maple syrup or peanut butter to the serving just before eating. They go well with the berry powders!
