1 chopped mango (or frozen mango cubes)
5-10 Soaked walnuts
Splash of local honey
Coconut milk or coconut water
Berry powder of your choice
Blend the ingredients until smooth and add just much or little honey you like to sweeten the smoothie. Any type of nuts work well on this recipe.
Also try with: Almond milk, natural or flavoured yogurt, almonds, pecans, pineapple, pear, peanut butter, ground cinnamon, granola, oats, flaxseeds, blueberries, or try sweeten with maple syrup or agave syrup instead of the honey.
