Mocha Berry Porridge


Serves 2 


3/4 cup rolled oats (gluten free if needed)
Tbsp raw cacao powder
1 1/2 cup plant based milk
1/2 cup freshly brewed coffee
Heaped Tbsp honey or maple syrup
2 tsp Arctic Berries Blueberry Powder 
Dash vanilla extract/powder (optional)
Tbsp almond butter


In a saucepan, gently heat the oats, 1 cup of plant milk and coffee together over a low-medium heat.

Once the oats have started to cook and absorb most of the liquid, pour in the remaining milk (as needed), then stir through the berry powder, almond butter, cacao powder and honey.

Continue to cook until you’re left with a thick and creamy porridge, then serve and garnish with your favourite toppings of choice. You can also allow this to cool and store in the fridge to make a delicious overnight oats for the following morning.
