2 frozen bananas
1/3 cup frozen strawberries
5 fresh dates, pitted
Water or almond milk to blend, a few tbsp
50g dark or raw chocolate
1. Place all ingredients in except for the liquid in a food processor or high speed blender and blend on high.
2. Gradually add in the liquid, a tbsp at a time, and continue until the mixture is smooth. Scoop into popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
3. Melt the chocolate and drizzle on top of the frozen popsicles and serve immediately or place back into the freezer.
