Millet Lingonberry Porridge Parfaits

Vegan, vegetarian & gluten free
1 3/4 cups (400ml) coconut milk
1/2 cup water
1 heaped cup millet flakes
Sea salt flakes to taste
4 tsp / to taste Arctic Power Lingonberry powder
Combine millet flakes, coconut milk and water in a porrige pan. Bring to boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer for a few minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add sea salt flakes and lingonberry powder, stir well and let cool slightly.
Serve with plantbased plain yogurt, apple sauce, lingonberry jam and more lingonberry powder.
