Lingonberry smoothie bowl
100g courgette, frozen in cubes
80g frozen raspberries
2 tsp Lingonberry Powder
100-120ml almond milk
1 tbsp tahini
To serve: granola, fruit, extra tahini, maple syrup, extra Lingonberry Powder
- Add all the smoothie bowl ingredients to a blender or food processor and whizz until creamy, adding more milk for a runnier smoothie.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and top with the granola, fruit, tahini, maple syrup and Lingonberry Powder.
