2 ripe pears
Pinch ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp Arctic Berries Lingonberry Powder
Tbsp pure maple syrup
Start by carefully removing the skin from both of the pears, then cut a small amount from the base of each to create a flat surface so they will stand in the pan.
Place the pears into a saucepan and add the water so that about 1/3 of the pears are submerged.
Add in the berry powder, cinnamon and maple syrup then bring this to the boil.
Reduce the heat to a simmer and leave these to cook for around 10-15 minutes or until the pears are beautifully softened. Serve with custard, natural yogurt, ice cream or on top of your morning porridge. Sprinkle more berry powder for a garnish.
