1 cup dates
1/2 cup cashews
2 Tbsps Arctic Berries Lingonberry powder
Tbsp coconut oil
50g dark chocolate
Pop all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until well combined.
Roll into balls, then drizzle with a little melted chocolate and pop into the fridge to set for a couple of hours.
