Wild Blueberry chia pudding
100 ml thick plant-based milk such as oat milk or coconut milk
½ tbsp sweetener of choice such as maple syrup
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 heaped tsps of Arctic Power Berries Wild Blueberry powder
¼ tsp vanilla bean powder
Chosen toppings
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and let thicken for about 10-30 minutes. Enjoy this chia pudding with toppings of choice or add it to smoothies, porridge, overnight oats or a simple yogurt bowl.
