Ingredients:
3 frozen bananas
3 tsp Arctic Berries Blueberry powder
2 tbsp cashew or other dairy free yoghurt
2 tbsp cacao powder
Toppings: (optional)
Soy Cream
Sprinkle of Arctic Berry powder
Dark Chocolate
Method:
In a food processor, combine the bananas, Arctic berry powder, yoghurt and cacao powder and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve into cups and garnish with all of your favourite toppings. Here I’ve used some extra berry powder, dairy free cream and some dark chocolate.
