1 ripe banana
200g dairy free yoghurt
1 – 2 Tsps Arctic berries Blackcurrant powder (or any other berry powder)
Tsp honey/agave- optional
Tbsp agave/maple syrup
Heat a tbsp of sweetener and water in a pan over a medium heat until these start to thicken and form a caramel like mixture. Slice the banana into coins and add these into the pan and cook until golden and crisp. Mix the berry powder and sweetener if using into the yoghurt and serve into a bowl. Top with the banana and a spoonful of nut butter, a sprinkle of other berry powders and enjoy!
