¼ cup raw tahini
Juice of 1 small lemon
1 tbs + 1 tsp water
½ tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp healthy green salt substitute
Freshly ground black pepper
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and run until it is smooth and creamy.
2. Adjust seasonings to taste and enjoy! The dip pictured is served with crispy baked zucchini and potato fries.
