Serves 2-3 people
Ingredients:
8 tbsp chia seeds
1 – 2 Tsps Arctic Berries Blueberry Powder
Zest of 1/2 lemon
Tbsp agave/maple syrup
1 cup coconut/cashew milk
Dash vanilla extract
Method:
Mix together the chia seeds, coconut milk, vanilla and berry powder until well combined.
Grate in the lemon zest and add sweetener of choice.
Pop this into the fridge for 20 minutes to allow to thicken.
Serve with your favourite toppings, sprinkle more berry powder for extra nutrients and enjoy.
