Ingredients:
100 ml plant-based yogurt
100 ml plant-based milk
25 g rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp Arctic Power Berries blackcurrant berry powder
¼ tsp ground cardamom
½ mashed banana
1 tbsp sweetener of choice
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp peanut butter
dark chocolate
Mix all overnight oats ingredients. Swirl in the peanut butter too. Let set overnight or at least 1 hour in the fridge. Serve with more peanut butter and chopped dark chocolate.
