1 cup of fresh pineapple
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1- 2 heaped tsp blackcurrant powder
2 tsp desiccated coconut
10 cashew nuts
Almond milk to blend


Pop all of the ingredients into a blender and add in a dash of almond milk to help everything blend. Blend until smooth and creamy and pour into a bowl. Top with fresh fruit and other toppings of your choice. Almond butter, coconut chips and an extra sprinkle of berry powder work well
