2 heaped teaspoons of wild blueberry powder
1 frozen banana
2 cups of Pomegranate juice (or organic apple juice if you can’t find pomegranate)
2 tablespoons of natural yogurt
Ground cinnamon
Berry powder of your choice on top
Instructions:
Combine the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Be cafeful with adding cinnamon – less is more in this case. Top with a sprinkle of berry powder for more nutrients!
Aso try with: Any fresh of frozen berries, vanilla yogurt, almond milk, flaxseeds, mango, cranberry juice, oats or granola
