Arctic Blackcurrant, Cinnamon & Pear Bircher Breakfasts


Vegan, vegetarian & (can be made gluten free)


2 cups jumbo oats
2 tbsp Arctic Power Berries – Blackcurrant powder
1 pear- grated
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp chia seeds
2 cups coconut milk- drinking kind
Pinch ground ginger
Pinch vanilla powder
Coconut yoghurt and fresh figs to top + extra berry powder


In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, chia seeds, berry powder, cinnamon, ginger and vanilla and mix together.
Add in the grated pear and other west ingredients and stir together until everything is well combined. Set aside for 10 minutes to allow to thicken.
Serve topped with some coconut yoghurt, sprinkle of another berry powder and fresh fruit.
