Natural yogurt (plant-based if you wish – try for instance coconut, soy or oatgurt)
1 – 2 teaspoons of berry powder stirred in
Add one to teaspoon of pure berry powder to your natural yogurt. Give it a good stir and leave it set for a few minutes. Add toppings such as another sprinkle of berry powder, nuts, seeds, banana coins or nut butter.
This is the easiest way to get nutritious berry yogurt without any artificial flavourings, added sugar or sweeteners.
