Lingonberry- Apple oatmeal
100 ml water
100 ml plant-based milk
45 g rolled oats
½ apple, peeled and chopped
1 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
1 tbsp flax seeds or chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
2 tsp Arctic Power Berries lingonberry powder
Cook rolled oats in water and plant-based milk until creamy. Depending on the oats this might take 5-10 minutes. Add chopped apple and mash it in the warm oatmeal. Add sweetener, seeds, cinnamon, salt and berry powder.
Enjoy oatmeal with berry caramel, the rest of the apple and some more berry powder sprinkled on top.
100 ml nut butter such as cashew butter or almond butter
2 tbsp plant-based milk
1 – 2 tbsp tbsp maple syrup (depending on the sweetness of the milk used)
2 tsp Arctic Power Berries blueberry powder
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Use caramel as a topping for oatmeal, overnight oats, yogurt, smoothies or enjoy as it is!
