Serves 2 people
3 tbsp chia seeds
2/3 cup coconut milk (drinking kind)
1 scoop chocolate vegan protein
1 tsp cacao powder
1 tsp Arctic Berries Lingonberry powder
Fresh figs to serve
In a bowl, combine the chia seeds and coconut milk and mix until well combined. Set this aside for 10 minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid.
Stir in your protein powder, cacao and berry powder- you can add more liquid here if needed.
Serve into bowls and top with sliced fresh figs and some extra berry powder.
