1. Chop ripe and spotty bananas and put them in the freezer
2. Once they are frozen put them in a blender with the blackcurant powder. If you have a strong blender there is no need to add any liquid but if it seems hard to blend the bananas you can add some almond milk or coconut milk or water to make the mixture more “blendable”.
3. Garnish with kiwi fruit slices, coconut chips and cacao nibs
