High Protein Berry Mousse

 

100g quark or natural yogurt

100g cottage cheese

1 tbsp fresh apple juice

Cranberry powder

Brown sugar, honey or maple syrup to sweeten

 

Instructions:

1. Mix the ingredients together in a bowl and serve chilled. Add crunched nuts if you wish. 

2. Garnish with fruit slices, fresh berries or mint leaves to bring up the colors!
