1 banana

Pomegranate juice

Natural yogurt

Ground cinnamon

Berry powder of your choice



Combine the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Be cafeful with adding cinnamon – less is more in this case.

Aso try with: Any fresh of frozen berries, vanilla yogurt, almond milk, flaxseeds, mango, cranberry juice, oats or granola
